Personal

India is from Spokane, Washington and received a B.S. in Bioengineering from Washington State University where she researched 3D bioprinting articular cartilage tissue scaffolds, participated in the McNair Scholars program, and was involved in mentoring and STEM outreach programs. After graduating with her B.S., India completed a Fulbright project in Stuttgart, Germany researching 3D bioprinting for engineered tendon tissue applications. She has many interests including knitting, painting, clothing design, woodworking, weightlifting, and trick training with her dog, Ted. She is currently working to improve her programming skills and German language proficiency.
