Alikhan Fidai wins CTSC TL1 Fellowship

Alikhan Fidai received a TL1 Training Award from Cornell’s Clinical and Translational Science Center for his proposal titled “Engineering of a Mitochondria Rich Collagen Gel for Intervertebral Disc Regeneration.”
 
The goal of the TL1 Training Award is to support career development among pre- and early post-doctoral trainees by providing advanced degree training and practical skills to conduct translational team research across disciplines and institutions. Alikhan will be working with Dr. Roger Hartl, professor of neurological surgery and director of the Weill Cornell Medicine Brain and Spine Center, on his work exploring MSC based IVD regeneration. Congrats, Alikhan!
